Lovely base for exploring Sao Paulo. Wonderful old place with very nice hotel staff. - Comfortable and cool room and bathroom with bathtubs. - Complementary breakfast and fresh food.

The room condition is very old and poor! The towels are old and unclean. The bathroom is leaking with water. The wood floor is broken and the wall paper is coming off. The big noise of closing door from some unknow area. It was scaring! My floor is 16th.

The hotel was big, with very amiable staff and particularly good location right next to the police station. We stayed in a large room that had climate control, cable channels, and a mini bar fridge: D

Another bonus was the no pets and no smoking policy on site. a truly amazing stay!

The reception staff are not kind and helpful. Hair drier was dirty. Bathroom has the mold. TV channels are not enough and clear. Two of three elevators are old technology

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was superb, being within walking distance of a modern shopping mall and right next to the police station. It made me feel safe and it was convenient for all my needs. The hotel offers excellent service, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry services that were prompt and efficient. The air-conditioned rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a mini-bar and a cozy sitting area. The bathroom had both a separate tub and shower, and provided free toiletries. During my Xmas stay, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a lot of variety and delicious food. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with many tourist attractions and shops just a short walk away. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel.

My experience was marred by several negative aspects. the air conditioning in my room did not work, which made sleeping uncomfortable.
